The whole city of Springfield should be taken over by Panama City. The water department operates in the dark ages. People do things online now without having to visit the office. I’m surprised they don’t have a dinosaur head for a pay box outside. The whole city looks like a Ghetto. One star is being kind.
8:00 am exactly, and they tell me that the service will be activated about 5:00 pm. I go work, come back home and no water. They charge me $265.00 rigth at the moment that I went there but now I have to wait all away to the monday to have my water service. It is the most unconfortable situation that stress me out as crazy. And there is nothing that we the costumers can do about it, it is adbusive!!!!

Springfield water company ripps off poor people in this area by over charging for everything water bill is 250 percent times water consumption total rip wake up people .
