These idiots disconnected my water 5 days after it was paid!! This is the most corrupt utility company I have ever dealt with, shame on you.
I have been in Callaway for several years. It is challenging when there is only one place to go for this service, however I want to say that as frustrating as that is, the women in the office have been completely reasonable and courteous with me. I am a single father and I have 'forgotten' to pay this bill on more than one occasion. Now they do not do extensions, but they have always tried to do everything in their power to help me out against myself lol. Thank you for all you do ladies! God Bless America!!!
Check this out, 1st and foremost $260 deposit off the top ( trash pick-up not included) for water and sewage. 2nd I guess it doesn't matter if you are nice and responsible and go in prepared with ALL paperwork filled out and ready to go. ( yes, i was there in the morning, with plenty of time to dpare for a simple intiation of services) YOU WILL BE TOLD YOUR WATER WILL BE TURNED ON TODAY, BUT IT WILL NOT BE!! I can certainly see why they have a 1 star rating now!! I wish there were an option for a 0 star rating. It's a shame they can be like this, being as they are the only water company available, i guess that they can be. It's a shame that we have to explain to our child that we don't have running water for the weekend.
