They never answer the phone!! I've called 10 times back to back and the phone just ring. I'm stuck paying a water bill for water that's been coming out dirty since I moved in my townhouse 5 months ago.
I love our Water Department ladies! They are always kind and helpful, and have been since i moved here years ago. Over the phone or in person, they have never failed to cheer me. Great job!!!!
Always had great service with the Water Department staff in person and on the phone. They can be difficult to contact by phone, but the service has always made up for it. Professional, courteous, and informational.
