Purchased Gutters from Panhandle Insulation and I am extremely happy with the whole experience! From the sales, to management, and the installer. We now have 6" seamless gutters on our home preventing damage being caused to our lawn and concrete!
Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased a Wayne Dalton garage door from them. Had to prepay because it was a non stock item. They ordered the wrong door, no windows. 6 months later still haven't corrected it. Made no effort to do anything. They keep blaming it on Wayne dalton. These guys are good at taking your money and making excuses, that's it. Buyer beware.
Ben has renewed our faith in the definition of customer service. In today's society it sometime appears as if we are 'troubling' individuals when ordering at a fast food establishment, rarely can we speak with a live voice when calling an entity for help, so it was refreshing working with Ben and Panhandle Insulation. Not only did we get quality service, we received exceptional customer service with service AFTER the sale. Ben will be our go-to person in the future for any service needed that his company offers.
We had a garage door installed a few months ago while adding a garage and storage space to our home. Unfortunately, the lower panel of the door became damaged (which was nerve racking considering the door was supposed to be wind rated at 150mph!). Upon making contact with our sales associate Ben, not only did he return our phone call in under 30min, true to his word, a crew was out the following morning first thing to make the necessary repairs to the door - It is now good as new.
