Called Carpet One, needed carpet installed in my rental house in Panama City Beach on a specific day while we were there on vacation! Crystal went over, measured and got me a quote in less then 48 hours! They were over $1,000 cheaper then everyone else. They showed up on the day we agreed to and the installation went perfect! Their installers were very professional and we couldn't be happier. They will be my 1st and only call next time we need flooring... Thank You Crystal & Carpet One!!!
Met with John (owner) multiple times in the beginning stages of my home remodel. He was extremely helpful in discussing different options and ordering samples. Ultimately I ordered through another distributor, but when it came time for installation and I had questions that my contractor/installer could not answer I turned to John and he was extremely helpful in guiding me to what steps I could take and where to get more information prior to the floor being installed. Best carpet store in the area! We went to Sharp's and was treated like we couldn't afford anything... felt like the door was going to hit me in the butt on the way out. Home Depot told us it would be February before we could get carpet laid. Lowe's $97 installation does not include anything, bill went from $500 to over $1000. Carpet One, however, was so super nice as soon as we walked in, we got an AMAZING deal on some super nice carpet, and had it installed in less than a week. The guys installing were great as well. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
From the moment we walked in to Carpet One to the last goodbye from the tile and carpet installers...A+ experience! Crystal is wonderful and went above and beyond to help us from choosing what would look best in our home and staying at our budget. She continued by helping out during the installation process and by following up after the project was complete. The tile installation team was a great group of guys that did a wonderful job on our floors. They all worked around our schedules.
