Called company several times to get a quote for a project no one ever came by or called me back. We have worked with this company before and up until now we had no complaints.
I asked questions (all five in the office) at the time agreed on appointment and the work, then they wanted cash or payment to a person not the business, they came when I was not home input post and have NOT seen them in five months (I asked them to correct the input post, made an appointment when I would be home and payment upon completion) they will not answer or return my calls.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I rated it a 1 ONLY because it would not let me rate them a ZERO. The crew cut our gas pipe digging a hole and refused to take ownership of the damages. Caused a major gas leak at our home that took fire department and Teco Hours to make safe again. ALSO the quality of our fence is TERRIBLE. Uneven, gaps between the wood and I can flake the wood off with my fingernail. I could fill you in on more of the nightmare but I will leave it at this. PLEASE do not fall for their "over 50 years of business in bay county" nonsense they play off of...please go with another company!!!!
I had a fence installed by this company 20 years ago, lasted a long time . Recently ( Dec) had it replaced by this company and they cut an underground power cable and they had an electrician come and repair the cable which required taking up a gate post which loosened the post and they had to come and reset the post. (good job). Fast forward to May, The gate that was installed is coming apart and is twisted because the (90 deg) sockets on each corner are loose. I contacted the company and was told by Ms. Dale that she would come look at it the next day. She was a "no show" and did not call to explain why. I have tried to call their business phone numerous times and get no response (they don't have an answering machine or voice mail).
Inferior materials, workmanship and business practice is the reason i can no longer recommend this company.
My next door neighbors had an estimate and agreement for them to do a small job, they never showed up to do the job and could not be contacted.
I do not recommend this company. I needed a quote. I had to keep calling before I finally was able to get someone to actually come out to measure for the quote. I was not at home when they came out. I had to call a few days later to speak with someone to ask about the quote to find out they mailed the quote to me. After I received the quote I called to discuss it. I called several times and could not get a hold of someone. Once I did I wanted to setup an appointment. I was told they would call me back. Wrong - never called me back. I had to call back only be told they would call me back. After a week of this I went with another company.
