Our sales lady was Betty. Very nice and made us feel welcome. Not rushed or anything, she was very patient with us. We made our purchase and delivery was a week later. The only thing that was annoying is people from here and other locations call you 2 and 3 times a day as well as text to confirm your delivery date. I feel once midweek and then once the day before would be sufficient.
I told him that was fine, I’ll make sure to spread the word to my friends, that’s when Bryant and another salesman felt it was appropriate to laugh and say; “ok”.
This store is huge and has a large selection of furniture. The sales people are helpful and not pushy. I can't comment about the quality or actually purchasing furniture from here as of yet, I have just window shopped on multiple occasions. They do have probably the largest selection of furniture to view around town.
I ordered a leather living room set with coffee table and two end tables. My delivery was scheduled with a 4 hour window in the middle of the day. I had to have someone stay at my home to wait for my delivery. Once they arrived they realized my reclining soda was broken and they would send a technician to fix it. I absolutely refused to accept a faulty product but the driver would not take the broken sofa with him. I had to call customer service. Once I did, they told me the sofa was on back order and they couldn't deliver another one for another 3+ weeks. The customer service rep said he would try and get the sofa delivered to me earlier but I never heard back from anyone. I did call the Salesperson who sold the item to me and she said her hands were tied, she was just a salesperson. I was so disappointed.
Just walked out after working with Bryant, the flags went up as soon as their advertised product showed a picture of a dining room table, 4 chairs and a bench.
As I was leaving I told him that it doesn’t say it has to be delivered; he said it doesn’t, you can pick it up In Mississippi...

When he went to ring it up he asked me if we wanted the chairs, of course, he said well it comes with 2 chairs and the bench. I won’t lie, I didn’t read the small print, he explained that it came with 2 chairs and a bench, unlike the picture displayed, but it was written. My wife and I joked and said; “ok, they got us. We were going with it and went over to the kiosk for the financing. He then mentioned that there was a $175ish (I don’t recall the exact amount), I asked if I could pick it up and he said; yea in Mississippi somewhere. So I asked why that wasn’t stated on their add, he said it was... here’s what it says; “Rooms To Go requires no Down Payment except amount equal to sales tax and delivery.”
