Bill, the assistant manager, very helpful in helping with our selection of the sectional we chose! He wasn't pressuring the sale like most furniture stores! I would definitely buy from Hank's again. (They are a bit pricey) but have warranties for your purchase.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in a retailer!! Told me they had a couch I wanted in stock, drove an hour to the store for the same guy to tell me it was promised to someone else. Not apologetic to me at all. Didn't try to help me out. Witnessed their rudeness also with a customer ahead of me who purchased $7000 worth of furniture and they charged her credit card twice! Treated her like she was creating problems for them, putting them out and not her. They never smiled and never apologized to her either!! Just RUDE!!!!!

We found the item that nest suited our needs and at a price we could afford at Hanks! The sales floor helpers were great. We spoke mostly with Andrew and he knew all the real helpful information we needed to make the best choice for us. We bought a good quality adjustable bed and mattress without having to going out of town. Shopping all over town for a new adjustable bed. We had very poor customer service at two others here in Panama City, Mattress Firm in Callaway was the worst. Three other stores were ok but didn't have the good deal or the nice folks we found at Hanks.

The furniture is great, but the customer service is terrible. I went to the store to buy a couch during the Columbus Day Sale that was advertised as a “discount equal to sales tax”. When I arrived to buy the couch I picked out earlier, I was told the Columbus Day discount only applied to certain couches. I was annoyed but tired of couch shopping, so I purchased the set anyway. A few days later I was told the couch would be at least 1-2 weeks later, which was difficult because I had scheduled a truck to move my belongings and they would not offer delivery even though the delay was their fault. Once I the day finally arrived for me to pick up my furniture, I called 4 hours ahead and was assured it would be ready. When I arrived, the furniture was not ready and they had not even treated it with the stain protection yet. The Hank’s employees never took any responsibility for any of the issues I experienced and did not attempt to rectify the situation. I will not be returning to their store again.
