My first time there I arrived half hour early. spent an hour and half in the waiting room. I kept watching others who arrived after me go in before me. I have 2 kids 7 and 9. Imagine having them wait for that long. I was irritated, but never once left because of the great reviews I had been given. They are open on Saturday which is perfect for me. I don't have to take time off work for it. I usually get the first appointment in the morning, and its quick in and out. When I had an issue with my son, they understood my frustration and even though I was angry, they knew I wasn't angry at them but the situation. I love how comfortable they make my kids. I plan on using them for the rest of the family.
Just left Royal Dental. My wife had a 10:00 am app. She signed in at 9:50 at 11:00 they called her up to inform her they no longer take our ins. They said they stopped over 2 months ago. We made the appt with them a month ago. We filled out paperwork and gave them our ins info including a copy of ins card and they never mentioned anything to us then. If the people in the office are this incompetent how does the doc fair?? place is a joke
I had a great experience at Royal dental. Staff and doctor were very kind. Dr. Rahim was very knowledgeable about my case. I highly recommend him to anyone.
This was the absolute worst experience in any healthcare facility I’ve ever experienced (and I work in the healthcare industry). Not only did Dr Y Abdulrahim not only had to perform one simple compound filling in my front tooth THREE times in a span of about 20 minutes, once due to his tech hitting my tooth with a tool, the second time due to not filling it in all the way (which his own tech attested to), the doctor left the exam room each time he finished without waiting to see if I was ok and happy with the finished product. After telling him twice that it didn’t feel right nor did the color of the filling match, he for a THIRD time came back in to file them down and correct the jagged edges to the bottom of both front teeth. It wasn’t even TWO DAYS LATER and the filling was completely chipping out and desentigrating in my mouth! I called that night and left an urgent voicemail to please return my call. Two days later, NO RETURNED CALL! I then called back Wednesday morning and explained the entire situation, to which the receptionist replied that she’d given the message to the manager and it’s been sitting on her desk!! When the manager finally returned my call and I explained that I’d had to in the meantime go to another dentist to have it fixed, not only had the new dentist had to completely pull out everything Dr Rahim had so rushedly done and refill it, she also had to fill a chunk on my other tooth that he cut out without having even been asked to do so!! The manager stated that I left the facility happy with the services rendered and had no complaints, therefore they are not willing to offer any sort of compensation. How could I predict that in just TWO DAYS this hellacious nightmare of a job would already be falling out!! Absolutely disgusted not only with the doctor and his carelessly rushed exam (which the manager explained that they are a “busy office and he had other patients to see!!!), the Manager alone is reason enough to never put the health of your teeth in the hands of this completely negligent, incompetent team of health providers. You will absolutely regret it. I hate that I had to spend another $600 with another dentist to fix what several problems this doctor so terribly made even worse, but I’d rather have spent the extra money than to stick with what results I was given from Dr Rahim and Royal Dental.
