I highly recommend Dr. Grantham and his staff. he has done several procedures for me and have had no problems. he is the best in bay county for sure!!!
Great oral surgeon! Made me feel comfortable for my first surgery and hardly any pain after the first day for my wisdom teeth extraction. Would highly recommend Dr.Grantham!
I had a tooth pulled in October 2016, three shots, tooth out in 2 minutes or less. This DR. submitted claim to my insurance company and stated that the procedure was a surgical extraction when it wasn't. It should have been coded as a simple extraction. Since my dental insurance won't pay for any surgical procedure until I have had the insurance for a year, they didn't pay for any of it. So I called Dr. Grantham's office to see if they would resubmit my insurance claim under a simple extraction code, and they said NO!!! The office manager refuses to return my calls, and the ladies in the office keep telling me that everything this doctor does is considered surgical. No matter what the procedure is, they code it all as surgical because he is an oral surgeon. WHAT!!! so just because he is a surgeon, then he can charge whatever he wants, and make the public suffer his financial wrath. I had to pay $234.00 for a tooth to be pulled in 2 minutes or less??? And they won't let me talk to the dentist, and the office manager won't take my calls or return my messages. I have been very cordial too. I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this Dr.
My father is a retired dentist and I knew the importance of finding an oral surgeon who would do quality work in extracting a tooth and replacing it with a dental implant. Dr. Grantham far exceeded all my expectations with the extraction and dental implant as the dental procedures went exceptionally well for both the extraction and implant. And, one other note, the staff was outstanding in helping me feel at ease. Very professional dental practice that I would highly recommend to anyone for extractions and implants.
Excellent staff, had 3 non impacted and 1 impacted wisdom tooth removal. Everything went smoothly, and affordably. They handled my insurance for me. The lady you speak with has a wireless headset, an apple watch, and her phone lifts itself off the receiver mechanically, she is living in 3017.
