The whole office was wonderful! I had all my bottom teeth pulled at once, to prepare for dentures. They made me feel comfortable, eased my nervousness, and gave me what I needed to numb me. They're very personable - not easy to find in this day and age. Next week I go back for my upper teeth extraction and my new dentures. I don't want to say I'm anxious to go, but I know they'll take good care of me. Thank you to everyone at Bright Dentistry!
I am a first time patient with Bright Dentistry. I found my experience to be the best I have ever had with any Dentist. My appointment was same day, and the wait time was minimal. I found the staff to be friendly and professional.I also found their pricing to be the best in Bay county, believe me I called everyone. I will recommend them to everybody in need of dental work. I am happy to have found them, they make you feel right at home.
I went in for a few fillings and there was no pain whatsoever. My anxiety wasn't too bad just a little shaky but since there was no pain I felt comfortable.
My first time being there a few weeks ago and the dentist was so nice and kind, and the staff made me feel comfortable unlike other places I've been to.
My 9 year old got a filling done a month ago, everything went fine. Today we went to get 1 tooth pulled and another filling. He was nervous about his tooth being pulled, who wouldn't be. She said she wouldn't work on him and I needed to take him somewhere else to get his tooth pulled. I agreed that his tooth being pulled needed more than than their office could provide. He felt better after knowing he wouldn't get his tooth pulled, which was the root of his major anxiety. I thought we would still get his fillings done. He had no problems last time. She just asked him if he wanted to do it. Guess what my 9 year old said.....NO. So, she wouldn't do it because he didn't want to. WOW! Wouldn't even try, just asked he said no, that's it. What 9 year old says he wants to get a filling? He also doesn't like homework or cleaning his room. I am not unreasonable, I agreed he needed more to pull his tooth out, no biggie. Come on, not even trying to work on his fillings because he is nervous and does not want to is beyond frustrating. So , save yourself time and frustration and get another dentist for your kid's. 1. They are not equipped to do much and 2. If your kid doesn't "feel" like have work done, Dr. Mustafa will not do it. I am reasonable, if it was to the point he was being held down or screaming I would consent he was not ready. But he just had one done, did fine and yes he was nervous, I get nervous and I am 40. Guess what, he still needs it done, and he still will not want it done.
