Had a great experience here. I came in extremely nervous with it being my first root canal. The staff was so nice as well as Dr. Harrison. He gave me a personality quiz well I was waiting for my mouth to numb and by the end of that I had forgotten I was even nervous to begin with. Dr. Harrison was such a nice man and he made me feel extremely comfortable. It's been 3 days now since my root canal and since I've gotten it done I've had zero pain. I definitely recommend him!
This might have been the first time I actually enjoyed the Endodontist. First off, the establishment was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The Dental care provided by Dr. Harrison was top notch. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and why. More importantly he did it in a manner that made you feel like you were talking to a long time friend. As someone who doesn't usually enjoy dental visits, I actually left with a smile on my face and plan to go to Dr. Harrison for all my future oral needs.
I was referred to this endodontist because he is near my home. I had to wait a whole month for an appointment. I arrived to the office which was clean and well decorated. However there was unusual music playing very loudly with no relief of it! I waited for over an hour even though i was "scheduled". This increased my fear and anxiety!
I went there for eval of two teeth which previously had root canal and cap but are hurting a lot. They took many x-rays, which I was surprised because the referring dentist JUST took x-rays. I voiced concern for the insurance cost as well as un-necessary repeat exposure but they said they needed new ones and they would be "free" as part of the exam.
Awesome, I had a severe abscess and after the swelling went down and I had been on antibiotics for a week, Dr Harrison's staff worked me in and he did a root canal which was performed without a bit of pain. He and his staff are super, and so very professional and genuinely caring. I'm so thankful to have been referred to him. Would and will go to them again if the need arises. Thank you Dr Harrison and your awesome staff.
The doctor was short with me when reviewing my case. He talked and talked and drew scribbles on paper, none of which meant anything to me. So, what's the plan Doc? Ultimately, he said you can have them pulled or fixed, depends on what you want. No specific plan was derived at, no agreement as to what should or could be done for me. A follow up appointment was offered, but for what? Then I got the bill, insurance only paid $4. Really? $4?? What did you charge the insurance for? So much for "free" x-rays. I left there with no plan. They never even report this to my referring dentist. I'm still in miserable pain!!! DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
Best medical experience in Panama City. Nationally, in my top 10 best. Dr. Harrison and his staff are all very professional, competent, upbeat and considerate. They did an amazing job from the scheduling to the procedure. I find myself amazed at how happy I am over a procedure that's so invasive and potentially painful (afterwards).
