When my husband talked to them they told him that they say these things to all kids and that maybe because the doctor is Asian that her tone could have been misunderstood. NO, that is the lamest excuse I have ever heard.
Horrible experience for my 9 year old. She is already very nervous when it comes to dentist and she need to get a filling. They came in and shoved the needle to numb her in her mouth put the thing that holds her mouth open in and then left the room for at least 10 minutes. She was struggling holding her mouth open that long and was getting even more scared. When the female dentist (Dr. Van Dyke) came in she stated working and was not comforting at all. She then told my 9 year old that if she didn't calm down their tool was going to go through her teeth and into her gums. This made my daughter even more scared and she continued by telling my daughter that she might send her to a kid dentist that only babies go to. This lady is lucky I wasn't there and my very calm sister took my daughter to the dentist that day. With that being said we will NEVER be back and never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic dentist with a huge heart. My father is a veteran and Dr Windham was willing to see him the same day to help with his dentures when even the VA dentist couldn't be bothered to call back after 3 separate attempts to set an appointment. He treated my father quickly and made him feel valued and better than he has in a long time. Thank You!
