My 4 yr. old daughter was referred to this dentist office because her previous dentist office dropped the ball with her care and as a result she needed major work done. I was very apprehensive at first and scared to death, because I did not want her put to sleep. Dr. LaPointe recommended I get all of my daughters dental work done at once to prevent having to travel back and forth continuously putting my daughter to sleep. Dr. LaPointe was AWESOME. My daughter currently sees a pediatric dentist in town and they have even ranted and raved about how much of a good job Dr. LaPointe did. I was thoroughly pleased with this office. Everyone was AWESOME from the check in process to the doctor. Would highly recommend!
Excellent pediatric Dentist. Our 4 year old had a bad dental experience at age 3 and has had anxiety regarding the dentist ever since. She just left her 1st appointment with Dr Lapointe and now "loves" the dentist. Dr Lapointe and her entire staff were simply amazing. They were tender and treated my daughter like she was their own child. They had great tricks in order to make the visit fun and to relieve her anxiety. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks again for taking such great care of Annabelle!
TOTAL CLOWN SHOW!!! I made an appointment with these people and the soonest they could get me in was a month later. I took the day off and kept my kids out of school so we could be there. I showed up early just to find out they had cancelled my appointment. They had the contact info all wrong and there best solution was to make another appointment for a month from now. These folks lack any and all common sense and showed no remorse for there blunder. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
Great dentist but now that they moved to a new building- the service is horrible! He has been watching the cavity on baby tooth for couple of years. The tooth next to this one just fell out and exposed the cavity and it is causing our autistic son a lot of pain. I called to get our son in and they cannot see him till October 30! I am just dumbfounded how a pediatric dentist can not be available. I was told that one dentist left the practice, another is on maternity leave and Berry is off the month of September! Who takes vacation when your down two doctors? Just called a new dentist. Shameful!
Receptionist is RUDE!! She had the audacity to argue with me about what time my Daughter's appointment was scheduled for, and when I showed her the confirmation text with the right time on it she still wanted to argue with me!! Dr . Clausen is Amazing and he's the ONLY reason I still put up with the attitude from reception!! *Update* The matter has been resolved! Thank you for taking my concerns to heart and for Always taking such Great care of my Daughters!
