Took my son who presented his insurance but was refused service because he had no proof of income. He has not worked and has no income as he is disabled and filing to get disability which is apparently a long long process. I am wondering what proof you have to show when you do not have any proof?

I had a really bad tooth and they squeezed me in so I wouldn't have to be in pain (My original appointment was a week later)The front desks staff are super nice and the dentist explained everything very well and were very patient with any anxiety I had about the procedure.
