Because many dentists have difficulty getting me numb for dental work, I have a severe dental phobia. My husband and I moved to the area and I had to face the nightmare of finding a new dentist I could trust. The team members I met were VERY supportive and sympathetic, and I felt like they were in my corner when it came to making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Thomas, in particular, got me through my crown work for a broken tooth, and paid attention to every detail to make sure I made it through without a panic attack or any pain. He fitted the crown perfectly, so that I didn't need any additional visits for adjustments. I really feel like I can trust them to do high quality work, and to treat me with empathy and concern for my well-being.

This place is amazing! Dr Pappas and his dental assistant are the best. They make sure you are well informed on what they are going to do. Having high anxiety about the dentist has always been an issue for me, but Thomas made sure I was relaxed and comfortable during my last visit. All of their staff is sweet and genuinely cares about their patients. I will never go anywhere else.

I just started going to Panama City smiles after hearing about them in a flyer. Everybody there from the office help to the dentists and other staff are so friendly. They will work with you to make your procedure affordable. Thomas the dental tech is amazing. He is so kind and supportive and listens to you. He and Dr. Pappas did everything to help me through my procedure. Their number one priority is the patient. I have been to many dentists in my life and nobody has treated me as well as I have been treated at Panama City Smiles. They are amazing. I am trying to convince my sister who is terrified of dentists to go there.
