Horrible insurance staff. Unfriendly, rude, unwilling to help. All of the reviews should tell you that you should definitely stay away from this dentist. They do not, and will not, help you with any insurance questions. We were told that it was their kindness that they filed insurance for us. Horrible experience, it is no wonder that they are having trouble keeping patients. We are changing to a different dentist! I would recommend that you do not even consider this dental office. I have never left a negative review for ANYTHING or ANYONE!
Pat also answered my call. I was calling to schedule an appointment and ask questions about pricing with no insurance. I have a few procedures that are going to cost me a LOT of money. After she answered a few of my questions I thanked her I was going to try to schedule my appointment. She hung up on me TOO! This is THREE comments on google reviews (FOUR including MINE) that state that he has bad staff members. They are ALL related to Pat - his WIFE. Due to her rudeness, they will NOT be getting my business and I would not trust them with my teeth if their phone etiquette is as horrible as it is. When I called her back to tell her how rude she was and that they would not be getting my business...I told her about these comments and said that I hope Dr. Futrell sees these comments. She said, and I quote "Well seeing that he is MY HUSBAND..I'm sure that he will." And not surprisingly...she hung up on me AGAIN. I will be going to someone who can at least PRETEND they appreciate my business.
People in this clinic needs to learn some manners. Insurance staff are mean and rude. Called there to ask about my bill and lady was not friendly at all and hunged up on me when i was still about to ask a question. Called again to just cancel appointment since i wasnt happy being treated as they did and she didnt even ask for my name and said ok and hunged up again. Very rude will never recommend them to anyone else!!
