Anyway, Rob will say, "it's great" (like he did with the iStick 50w) and they didn't keep a good charge. Battery one would last 2 days then it would last 6 hours then 4 hours if I was lucky barely a month into it. I bought a second battery (iStick 50w) and it would last maybe 4-5 hours. Now, you should get a good 2 days use out of the iStick 50w.

The juice is top-notch (it is made in the USA not China like 99% of the stuff other shops sell), but the equipment sucks and doesn't last. Rob says they get their stuff from good suppliers, but I wonder about that. I spent $55 each on two iStick 50w batteries and one lasted 3 months and the other lasted almost 6 months. The first tank, a waste of $30, leaked like sieve. All tanks leak I found out. Some way more than others. If it is a cheap tank, it will leak like a sieve. The 2nd tank (about $55) still is being used because the Kangertech Nano, I paid $70 for, didn't work barely a month after purchase. Now, the coils for the 2nd tank are $24 for 6. Expensive.
We have been coming to this store for over 5 years and get the best customer service. Rob and Missy are awesome and always go above and beyond to help with whatever we need!
Buy the juice at Smokin' Vapor. Buy your equipment straight from the company that makes it. If you have to take something back, you have 30 days from date of purchase by Florida law. I'm sure Missy hates that law and will grumble the whole time she refunds your money, but it is what it is.
I'd be willing to bet the two iStick 50w(s) I bought there were knock-offs not actual iSticks. Rob just said, "yeah, they last 6 months to a year at most."
They don't sell the Kangertech Nano anymore, either! I bet the tank problem is why. Again, I had mine a month and no offer from Missy of getting me one that worked. I'd be willing to bet they can get their money back from their supplier unlike you or I can.

Anyway, today, I took back two batteries ($7 a piece), first time I've ever taken anything back (yes, both Rob, and especially Missy will blame you for not using it right),, and Missy at the start tried to blame me for them not working. She definitely did not want to refund the $14. My advice, if Rob is not there, buy juice from Missy and that's it. She's not good with hardware. I've spent probably $400-500 on equipment there and she doesn't want to take back two batteries that kept a charge for 20 mins.
Anyway,. Missy had no idea what was wrong with Kangertech Nano's tank. It was odd they didn't have any. And, she did not offer me anything. Oh, and the paint started coming off in less than a month, too. I told her the tanks, I found out, had a design flaw and if you get the 999 warning it is a bad tank. Avoid that piece of junk! Maybe the first Nano was real and the second was a knock-off? I really wonder.
