Wow! What an amazing place! I was very lucky to have been blessed by Miss Chelsea and her sweet offer to help me with my cat. I've been telling everyone I know that has a pet to pay you guys a visit! I didn't even mention the samples I was given to let my cats try before buying....Thank you for being awesome!!! I'll see you soon!!
Really great people at Earthwise. They care about pets! Every time I have a foster dog poster they put it up in their store! Got my pet groomed and she came home smelling good (not overwhelming) and cute in her bandana all trimmed up and tidy! Loved it!
Healthy animal products and onsite grooming. I love the fact I can drop my dog off for grooming, and she's ready in 2 hours - sometimes less. I run some errands and she's done. When I pick her up I also pick up dog food while I'm there. Animals welcome to shop here.
Earthwise is a great pet store! The staff is always super helpful whether you're calling in or visiting in person. Today we used the self wash for our two huskies and it was a breeze to get them washed, rinsed, and dried. The self wash room was very clean and had everything we needed. One of the employees brought us more towels without us having to ask. They also have a wide variety of treats, food, toys, and pet accessories. I'm so glad we have this nice local pet store. I highly recommend Earthwise!
Had my dog in for a grooming. The next day I noticed a gouged part on his nose that I know was not there prior to the grooming. The hair right above his nose was was obviously shaved. So it doesn't take to much to figure out what happened. Now I understand things happen, but not caring enough except to tell me it "emphatically " did not happen there and that my dog must have gotten "into" something was a real slap in the face. I was also told why did I not notice it when I picked him up. I didn't think I needed to go over his whole body. Needless to say, will not go back based on this treatment. Continue to treat customers this way and there won;t be any
