The worst customer service ever. This isn't just for the holidays but all year round the employees seem to hate their job. Every time I go into the store no one seems to want to help and if you ask a question they act like they don't want to be bothered. The makeup counter in Dillards is by far the best place to go if you're in the mall.
Great customer service. As soon as I walked in they greated me. When i asked for a color match the girl was very friendly. She done my foundation, concealer, powder, bronzer, blush and highlight just because. For free. She was really sweet and Talked the whole time. She gave me tips. This is the best Sephora I've ever been in.
