Dirty and alot of kids. Pier park on the beach side is way better. Do not go to the movie theatre in the mall. It's really filthy. Made that mistake once.
TJMaxx & HomeGoods in the same complex? I'm there! Great complex with these, Wal-Mart, BigLots, more shopping and great food!
I work here, with that said, I eat lunch 90% of the time here and I have never had a bad lunch. From popular five guys to hole in the wall gyros the strip is good for lunch and affordable. Anywhere from 10-15$ a plate.
Some parts are great, others not so good. Mainly I get a "hood" feeling like ghetto and there are a lot of police everywhere so be careful, they love out of state tags.
Wal-Mart, Big Lots, Harbour Freight, several different restaurants. Great variety one stop shopping. You could spend the whole day here.
