Not much there. Huge parking lot that's mostly empty. Good Chinese place and ups store. Good location.
I can't tell if this area is dying or growing. Empty storefronts, dingy stores, adequate restaurants.
A bit rundown. It hasnt been updated in centuries. Most of the major merchants have moved out. It's not an outdoor shopping experience. No window browsing. You go there to visit a specific store. There are a lot of vacant stores there now.
