Got up to realize something got underneath my house last night and tore loose a water line. Called Whitehead just before 7am and they had a plumber, Brian at my house in less than 15 minutes. They're fast, don't over bill, and worth the money. I've tried others and been disappointed.
Horrible experience. Scott came out and quoted the job. We had a pipe busted somewhere south of the washing machine and when it drained water came out the backside of the house. Seemed like he knew what he was doing and offered what I thought was a reasonable price quote. The next day 2 Latino men showed up to do the work and spoke little to no English. They completed the job and when they were done I had a nice big white ugly pipe running out the back of my house bypassing the kitchen drain. He told me in his best English they were done. I told him to watch as I filled the washing machine and drained it. water gushed out of the same spot as original leak. Scott came back out and quoted $1500 to jackhammer the foundation and find what was wrong. I told him to take a hike. Called Muth & Sons and Patrick ran a snake camera in the hole where the water was coming from. Had a corroded cast iron pipe that he replaced in very little time. He also reworked Whiteheads plumbing disaster all for about the price of the original whitehead quote. I had already paid for the previous work whitehead had done and they wouldn't return my calls for them to make things right. So I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and I won. We used Whitehead for many years on our resident and our rentals, but they have changed.

Had to replace a water heater, they quoted a good bit below what some of the other local plumbers offered me. Larry came out and did a fantastic job, and he was both very personal and professional. Explained the differences of the new water heater compared to the old one I had that was approaching 17 years of age. Would definitely recommend for water heater replacement, and request Larry for an extremely knowledgeable employee who does a very thorough job!
