Things I liked about Peaden. Customer service to setup appt. was smooth. The Tech (Seamus) showed up on time. The tech is a good troubleshooter and found the problem quickly. He answered all of my questions and explained all of my options in a professional manner. I thought the price for the work was reasonable. I will use this company for any future problems.
My A/C went out yesterday and I'm having difficulty with American Home Shield replacing my 20 year old A/C. They just kept sending other HVAC companies to repair it. This morning, I opted to contact Peaden and request a quote for a brand new system. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was informative, pleasant, and efficient. The rep, Jeremy, arrived within a couple hours and performed a full home A/C inspection. He provided several options to suit our needs, but was careful to not sell us more than we needed. He was professional and just plain awesome - Contract signed for a new system and they are setup to install tomorrow. Super Quick and Super Easy. What a great experience thus far!!
A tech responded quickly (within 4 hours) on a Saturday when the A/C was blasting hot air! He troubleshooted and examined the equipment and diagnosed the issue after making sure other things were in order. He was very knowledgeable and courteous of my home and the service was amazing!! He had us cooling down in less than an hour!! Thank you Shamish and Peaden!
It was a pleasure to have Jacob in our home. He was friendly, thorough, and communicated his findings in detail. He showed us pictures of the condition of our roof mounted unit to substantiate his findings. The results of his inspection showed that our A/C system is still in very good and serviceable condition. No additional work or fees were needed.
Jacob did a fantastic job getting our A.C. up and running quickly. He completed the job on a Friday night working until after 6pm. Very professional and kept me informed threw it all since we are owners from out of town. Been using Peaden for a very long time and they have definitely improved their customer over the past few years. Would recommend.
