I fooled with another plumber for almost three months before I called Muth. I made an appointment with them to give me a bid on the job. They showed up on time, gave me a price and less than a week later the job was done. I highly recommend them.
Called on a Wed talked to Patch. He said they were busy would probably be next week. That was fine. He put me down for Fri. said he would call Wed or Thur. w/ time. Didn't hear from him. Called back on Fri. This lady said that was her husband, he doesn't make appointments. She said it was probably going to be Tues because of the hurricane. She would call me Tues. 15 minutes later I got a text saying they would be there that same day (Fri) between 3-5pm. At 4:10 She called me and said it was going to be the following Wed or Thurs. I said; "Didn't you send me a text that they were going to be here today been 3-5?" (I STILL HAVE THE TEXT)This was her response; " I don't know why my software does that. That is really a reminder to myself to call you back between 3-5." Long story short, they didn't show up Wed. Thurs I called at 10am since i hadn't heard from them. Brian answered the phone but put her on. When I asked what time i could expect them that day, she asked me to remind her who I was and what I needed. So I did. She then said; "Well, its probably not going to be today. I was going to send Brian but he has been out of town." I told her if it wasn't that day I would get someone else. She simply stated that maybe I should do that. Especially since I couldn't understand that they have company in from out of town, illness and the hurricane. I simply stated I was glad they were doing well enough that they evidently didn't need the business. This is a family business. Not sure if everyone there knows what goes on. Mom might want to consider retirement, where she doesn't have to work w/ software or interact w/ potential customers. This job was to coordinate w/ a tile guy. He lost a $5000. Job thanks to her.
