This U-haul store lacks in so many categories I can not begin to explain. I ordered a trailer hitch three weeks in advance. U-haul called me to confirm that my part had come in and to make sure that the date of installation was correct. I called the day before my installation appointment to see if I could have it installed earlier in the morning and they told me that would be no problem because they had no appointments booked for the morning. When I arrived in the morning they told me that the part was not in and they would let me know when It came in. They told me that Fed-Ex runs around 3:00 and it might come in today. They called me back about an hour later (10:00) and told me Fed-Ex dropped it off right after I left (obvious lie). I went back around noon to have it installed and was told they would make it right for wasting my time. When I arrived I was told that it was my fault that the part was not there, And all they were going to do was take $20.00 dollars off of a $400.00 dollar service. They wasted a entire day of mine and $20.00 dollars off is all they offered. Mike (the GM) had no problems lying to my face and talking down to me. He has no class or real business scene and does not understand customer service. I DO NOT recommend this U-haul branch to anyone. I would rather pay more somewhere else than give them one dollar of mine
