We didn't end up needing their services since we had such a small move, and the rep even told us that we probably didn't need it instead of trying to push a sale. There's something extremely admirable about that so I hope somebody sees this review and decides to choose Coleman American for their full service move.
I'm going to be honest- we didn't actually use Coleman American's services, but they were so professional and helpful when we were getting our inspection and quote that I had to come review them. They send a very friendly rep to your house who actually goes through each room and tallies boxes and furniture on a tablet computer so they can explain to you how they came up with their weight and dollar amounts.
Bad Experience in This Place And Old Warehouse
I would never recommend Coleman American Movers. They moved my parents from FL to SC. They sent a truck that was too small to fit all of their belongings. Two weeks later and we still don't have their overflow belongings. Worst of all, no one will tell us when we can expect to receive them. Every time I call I am assured that our items are on their way only to find out they are still sitting in their warehouse. There has been no follow up from the company and no attempt to" right " their wrong. The worst customer service I've seen.
