The gentleman that did our carpet were on time, courteous and explained what they were going to do (with additional options if we wanted). They did an incredibly thorough job including brushing his footprints as he was leaving. We have used Stanley Steamer for years and will continue to do so in the future. These techs took pride in what they were doing while being both professional and friendly. Thanks for your efforts!
Called Stanley Steamer out of their "reputation" that was our 1st mistake. I realized we were paying close to double what the "other companies" charged but had higher expectations. 2nd mistake. Guys showed up and parked illegally and when told by management to move they said they were only going to be parked there a few minutes! They hadn't even started our floors! Upon coming into our condo they opened my front door and pushed the deadbolt out for some reason. Being the windy day that it was the door slammed and put a big dent in my door trim, which I noticed after they left. Also they did not put any blocks under my couches that they moved during cleaning. To top it off one of them used our bathroom without asking and left it in disarray with the door shut and the fan on! So gross! Will not be recommending Stanley Steamer to anyone, such a disappointment for a premium price plus damage!
Worst experience with carpet cleaning ever. They did not move anything. Didn't move a floor mat ant then when I asked if they cleaned under it, they lied and said they did. I am in a wheelchair so could not check it before they left but after I saw where they cleaned around everything, not moving even a laundry basket. Didn't clean under the bed. So disappointed. I bought some spot remover and they left without giving it to me and never came back. Will never use again.
Guy that came out was fantastic! Made sure our rugs, couch and carpets were extra clean! SS is definitely our go to house cleaners. Extra cleaners they sell are very good too
Wow! What a wonderful day. Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job today on my carpet and recliners. I have dogs and the team was so helpful explaining cleaning up after the dogs. I'm so pleased with the results. Will only use Stanley Steemer from now on. The gentlemen that cleaned were extremely polite, thoughtful and kind. Kudos to Stanley Steemer. Thank you.
