DO NOT TRUST THESE FREAKS! Sent a wedding dress for dry cleaning. It was not ready 3 days after due date. I panicked as I had to take the dress to Atlanta in only 2 days. They promised NO PROBLEM. Had to make ANOTHER special trip from Port St Joe to pick up the dress. Got to the wedding, opened the plastic and found the dress had not been dry cleaned, but LAUNDERED IN A FREAKING WASHING MACHINE!!!!! Dress shrunk, pearls falling off, hand!sewn decorations falling off bridal net limp. I am beyond furious!

Met with them to give them a chance to make it right. Three people, three different stories (lies). They can't even get their lies straight. The owner said they did not have any washing machines, only dry cleaning machines. Lie. 1)Their NAME is LAUNDRY and dry cleaning 2) all the BDUs from the base are LAUNDERED. The starch is added during the LAUNDRY process and 3) I am a seamstress. I know fabric. That dress had been in a washing machine and worse, a DRYER! My opinion is this: I PERSONALLY handed the dress to the owner. He looked it over from top to bottom. No stains. He took it back, put it in the wrong place and forgot it until I came to pick up the dress. When they could not produce the dress, they panicked and washed/dried it to have it ready the next day and told me that I had not informed them about a "big yellow stain" all over the back of the dress. They pressed the top of the dress, leaving the net on the crinoline wadded up in great wads that took me HOURS of ironing to get straight. It cost over $100 to repair the dress in 2 sleepless nights. All they had to do was own up to their mistake and pay for the repairs and I'd have been satisfied. They took the low road and lied through their teeth. I HAVE ONE GREAT FAILING AS A HUMAN BEING. LIE TO ME AND I WILL TELL THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE A LIAR. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS!!!!
