Needed a floor for my fishing place (kind of remote) last year after hurricane hermine. Was promised a floor by Thursday and it didn't show up. Had to get a refund and scramble to Lowe's on my way out of town to buy one. Tried them again for a floor and have been waiting over 45 days for transition pieces, floor is done. Every week it's the same story. Didn't make it on the truck followed by unreturned phone calls. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The customer service here is really poor. Instead of spending time to educate people on the product they spend a lot of time acting put out by a customer being there. We had our entire order refunded due to our poor experience there and ended up getting our flooring at Lowe's.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Quickly loaded our purchases and sent us on our way. Prices were competitive and fair.
