They are Amazing! They were at my house on time, very nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Katie, in the office, was very sweet when I called. She explained everything to me and was very prompt making my appointment. She also worked around my schedule. Great folks. I highly recommend them!
Mack was professional and personable. Did a great job inspecting and treating my home for pests, charged a fair price and didn't try to sell me on services I don't need. However, when I asked him about a termite protection plan, he was able to show me a video and explain why one method of termite control would be better for my situation than another. So knowledgable and helpful.
Had an issue with some pests! Mr. Mack came right out and took care of it immediately! Super nice and knowledgeable! I’ll always be thankful to the Glover’s and Arrow!
Called and they were prompyas promised. 3 weeks later I had ore roaches than I had ever had. Calle them they said ther were be change and low and below they were was a change. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL.
