I am a contractor who regularly shops in the destin/fwb area. Today I shopped in the PC Home Depot for the first time.
Absolute disgrace. No help, cheeky staff, said they would have my order by 9.30 the next day and it wasn't, wasted 4 hrs. They need to get their fingers out their asses and do their job. I've spent millions in this store.
From my cart and returned it to the shelf for me, allowing me to go on to the next is to get the right lumber. Way to go guys!!!!. You were great at customer service and gentlemen too. Thanks for you help. Not that it was a problem for me (strong independent woman) but being 74 would make it hard for any other older woman might have needed help. Thanks again from the aged customer.
The store was clean, well stocked and every associate seemed friendly and helpful. It really was a pleasure since I have had some terrible experiences in other home improvement stores throughout the years.
I have been a customer of this store for some time. But today I was told they no longer give a discount to Veterans. Well guess what I won't be a customer of yours ever again and I will be sure to get the word out to all of the veterans and I'm sure you'll see a big drop in your sales but you probably don't care.
When I encountered 2 employees stocking lumber shelves they were courteous and helpful. I expected them to ignore me or chastise me for trying to go inside the safety barriers. In stead they removed the lumber
Went in today November 18th, with the intention to buy some LED lighting but I had questions. It took me 10 minutes to find an associate. Electrical was not his department so he got out his phone and try to locate the electrical guy. 10 more minutes go by, no joy. Associate says he will go find the guy. I stand there for another 10 minutes waiting. Another customer comes by asking about the electrician associate. I tell him they are looking for the guy. Customer wanders off. He comes back about five minutes later and informs me the electrical associate is at lunch. Okay great. I leave the store and go home to shop online at a retailer other than Home Depot for the product. This has happened before but I haven't said anything. It seems like Home Depot's customer "no service" is getting more refined everyday
