The other shop, won't say who, barely treated me like I was a paying customer! This place took the time to make sure I was happy.
Despite the website confirming availability of the arrangement I chose for same day delivery, I received a call 30 minutes after I placed my order letting me know the florist did not have the flowers to make the arrangement I chose and it was now too late to deliver today. The only resolution offered was a "designers choice" arrangement that "may look similar" to be delivered some time tomorrow. Very disappointing, especially as a first time customer.
My parents recently had a 50th anniversary party and we chose One Stop Flowers to help add that special touch to the décor. Anna and her crew did a fantastic job. At first I was going to make the centerpieces myself but after going and talking with Anna I am ever so glad I had her take care of us. The centerpieces were amazing. My mother's corsage was beautiful. I must confess I have used One Stop Flowers several times for special events and simple things like mother's day. I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Anna for making everything perfect.
