I ordered flowers for our daughter that lives in Florida (we live in Georgia) and was not able to pick something personally. Pam went above and beyond my expectations to get the flowers delivered to our daughter! She loved the flowers so much, she took them with her on vacation!!
The flowers delivered to my mom were beautiful (my mom is pretty discriminating) and she was very pleased with them. They need to work on returning calls, but were very nice and I was VERY pleased with what I paid for and what I felt the value was. PLUS they delivered on Mother's Day, and they were prepared to hold the flowers if she wasn't home. I would never find anything like that in South Florida, and the customer service was very good. I'll use them again.
I forgot my mom's birthday on a Sunday I remembered at 5 PM on Saturday and called Flowers by Pam in a panic she answered phone and not even working she was at home and she told me not to worry she took my order and reassured me that my flowers would be beautiful and that she would take care of it and agreed to go in specially on Sunday to deliver the flowers to my mother that was the nicest thing I think anybody has done for me in a long time I very much appreciate it and I hope if you're trying to decide on a florist you'll choose Pam she truly treats u like ur special. Thanks Pam you made it not difficult and easy. Love it.
I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to a private home. She sent me a picture of the finished bouquet and it was beautiful, tasteful, and perfect for the occasion. Thank you!
Be careful ordering from the company's website. I ordered and received a confirmation and was not told until the day of that they 1) do not deliver to that part of Panama City and 2) do not have the flowers on hand. The owner called and offered many many excuses without giving any good suggestions on how to solve the issue. She would not allow the recipient of the flowers to pick them up (because she was going to be in and out of the shop she said, though why not the day after? or the day after that?) and did not direct me to any site where I could see/select a good substitute for what I wanted. Instead, she referred me to another local shop but how I am to pick out flowers over the phone is beyond me. I don't live in PC and spent more than an hour picking out the perfect bouquet for a loved one's birthday. The level of incompetence floors me. How can you stay in business if you just throw away customers? How can you satisfy customers if you simply make rambling excuses when you are not able to fulfill a request?
