Sales staff had no energy to explain any options or plans. If they make this little effort to try to get my business, how little effort will they make to keep it? I would hate to try to fix an issue with this team.
Came in the store to lower my bill and left with 2 new phones and my bill still went down! 2 salespeople actually helped me. Very knowledgable and creative sales staff.
Been going to this place for years steadily going downhill as it appears the whole Sprint network is and there quality of dealing with their customers they are polite expensive unreasonable and they don't do any service work here they want to sell phones and that's it
