This store cons elderly people and steals their money. I came in with my parents (in their 70s) who have never had a smart phone. We looked at less expensive devices, but AT&T prices were ridiculously high. So we bought new phones on ebay for 1/2 price instead. When my parents went in without me to turn on their service, the sales person convinced them they needed unlimited data and their monthly bill is going to be $150/month for 2 people who will barely text and will NEVER EVER EVER watch a video on their phones. How many other people from their generation have you stolen from?!??! I'm outraged!!!!!

The customer service is, with no doubt, one of the best I've ever experienced. They're all so helpful and attentive. They really work with you and there is no shady business. Billy, the manager, is awesome and really wants the best for the customers. He's really down to earth. Only at store I'll go to while I'm here!
