Went by to use a coupon Sears had text me, I was told by the manager that I had already used the coupon. I tried to show her the date and time on the text. She threw her hands in the air, literally. I quietly left, went to Home Depot made my purchases.
They do not care about you. The manager acts like a mafia captain and rolls her eyes and checks her phone when talking to you. The tools are made of chinese pot-metal and break, bend, crack, and the chrome flakes off and slices up your hands. They will mock you if you return a defective tool. BE WARNED!! SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
All the staff are friendly want make you feel welcome and comfortable while shopping. The sales are amazing for the styles and selections. A lot of people are sleeping on Sears and the trendy styles and prices, mind blowing.
You can still find a fax machine by brothers...They make sewing machines too ^-^
Forced to add a star for the review....always a problem taking the craftsman tools back for warranty due to them not having replacements or they don't feel like looking or cannot get them....yesterday took several screwdrivers and a few ratchets and wrench and a extension for exchange....they said they were wiped out.dont have anything except 1 ratchet...really need my tools replaced...they said come back another time they might have some when the truck comes...i got aggravated and told them I want my tools or a gift card or remove the things I need from a set they had and they can deal with it...lady manager snooty old hag thought she could just talk to me very mean and rudely, I told her to get her immediate manger, he came out with a attitude I explained my case..they didn't have the tools there and couldn't order them online to replace so I wanted a gift card to compensate, he said no thats not how they do business, so I bought lifetime warr tools but sears manager doesn't comply, he just walked off, this is how these managers are operating from panama city sears...no wonder why they are going out of business....hopefully the mangers will lose their jobs soon and be treated how they have have been treating customers! I will go back every time I have tools break and be loud and rude every chance I get and will call the managers out as well every time I go! Do not buy anything from here! Would really like to know since they cannot get my tools ordered online and they don't have them in the store what needs to happen with replacement?
