I am writing this review for my mother who has had a account with this establishment since 2003, my mother explained the lack of service that was provided to her and when asking for help the workers patronized her.
I will say JCPenney you use to have a really nice store in the mall, and now when I have been in there your store is so filthy, dirty and rundown.
Wish they had more of a selection. Especially for 20 somethings. Majority of the items are for older persons. I'd say probably 80% of the the store has clothing like this. The prices should be less expensive too. Yes, they have prices marked down but they're still a tad bit pricey.
This store was your standard JCPenney not enough people for a really great customer service but adequate.
We will no longer do any busines with the JCPenney company because of how rudely she was treated.
And when she spoke to the manager still she was treated with no way to resolve her issues and was patronized.
I would give the salon staff 5 Stars but with all of the improvements in the store with the addition of Sephora and Appliances I am very disappointed in the condition of the salon. The stylists keep things clean and neat but the physical condition of the store does not reflect their hard work. The customer service is amazing but they deserve a workspace they can be proud of and feel good working in.
I have worked in customer service for 8 years now, I can tell you the service that is provided in this store is absolutely terrible.
I took my son to the hair salon here and he really hates getting his hair cut. Usually this I'd a night mare for me and the hair dresser. But this was the BEST experience he n i have ever had! Joyce did hid hair and did an amazing job. His hair looks great and he listened to hear she was so great!! We will definitely be back to see her!!
I personally don't see how the JCPenney in the mall is still serving and hasn't been closed.
Shame on you JCPenney's, you should realize with her purchase history she was a loyal customer. Key word "was" who will no longer do any busines in your establishment and has closed her credit card.
Best of luck to you and your busines but you have truly lost a valuable client who will no longer do any business with you.
