The automatic car wash is average but completely overpriced. They do an awful job cleaning the car out and that is NOT worth the expense at ALL. I've been three separate times and I have had to ask them to redo the vacuuming and the tire shine because they keep missing large spots. They completely forgot to clean my windows the last time. Don't waste your money here because they have consistently low standards for cleanliness.
It was not cheap but neither was the job! My car is truly detailed inside and out!
Waterworx always has great and fast service. What you get for the price is a excellent wash and a good cleaning of the interior of your vehicle. You couldn't get anything better for the price range. If you want a professional detail then you'll need to pay for that service. What you get for you many is great!

I've been here a few times, and they do a good job. But what earned them the five star rating was the service. After my car was finished, it wouldn't start. I told the supervisor (Mike, I think) and he said "hold on" and walked across the parking lot. A minute later he drives his car up and gets out with jumper cables. A few minutes later (and with help from another employee, Mark, I think?), my car is up and running. They could have just pushed my car aside and told me to call AAA, but they didn't. I will be returning and I will recommend them to others. You don't know how you brightened my day!
