Best experience everytime with this car wash since I came here from Michigan! They go the extra mile!
Pretty upset with the customer service. I just moved in last night and unpacked my vehicle this morning. As I was driving I saw a sign clearly saying free vacum service. Where I'm from we have free vacum service with car wash optional. I vacumed my vehicle under the impression its free. I did not see any sign or warning you must pay $2 or car wash. As I was trying to leave this lady comes up and says $2. I explained to her I did not have the money and I was mislead. She argued and pretty much said how dare I come to this city and expect free vacumes. She was extremely rude and argumantive. I gave 4 quarters and to remind you this all I have left after expensive trip. I left knowing I will never come back. When its time for a car wash I will find somewhere else.
Don’t waste your time here! Many other carwashes in Panama City do not require you to wash your own bugs off your car and pay $13 for a wash. All the other carwashes will have the attendant scrub bugs prior to you pulling in. It’s a complete rip off.
These guys are great. When I go there and there bugs are all over the front... Like after a trip, you know what I mean. Yuck! Anyways, these guys send you back through again if needed. They support veterans as well. My car wash place for sure.
Great car wash, only one problem is that there is no place to wash rubber car matts.
