My power went out called the office number asked for maintaince man to come check it was told its 9pm and to fu$k off , so i asked for my deposit back same answer fu$k off .....had no power once so ever power is included in my rent once this maintaince man did show up smelling like pot very strong and eyes red the next day all he did was reset a breaker in my camper. the problem is still not fixed every time i use the microwave I loose all power luckily I know where the breaker is now to reset it this so called maintaince man was very very rude and cocky as well as the manager was on the phone
A friend rented a spot for a camper and when he brought camper out their non- licensed electrician wired the box that the camper plugs into. When the power was finally turned on it burnt up roof top a/c heater, big screen tv, microwave cell phone x box 360 and anything else that was plugged in. The owner assured my friend he would replace everything. He went and bought a 99 dollar window a/c unit, and gave him a used microwave, nothing else has been replaced...now that he's making a stink about this issue he is trying to evict him, saying he's behind in boat slip rent.he had agreed to 700.00 for both the camper 500 and 200 for boat slip. His manager said don't worry about boat slip rent because of the damage done to the camper..Now he's claiming my friends behind in boat slip and now trying to evict him...He went to Police Station and they said he cannot evict because according to receipts he paid up. Now he says only 1 car allowed where as everyone else has 2. Two days in a row has left an eviction notice and notice to quit...Sounds to me like he's harassing my friend...So I would not recommend this place to ANYONE
Internet is terrible do not expect to be connected to the net longer then 5 mins at one time before getting disconnected. No cable tv hook up. On Site restroom/bathroom is not heated. No fuel dock. No sump pump out station.
Full of people that have no other job other than harassing the neighbors
Rude rude folks. Manager is very accusatory and doesn't listen to either side of a story. Dirty area.. bathroom is disgusting and if you make her mad enough, she will lock it down on you. I won't be back here
