Funnyish story. I called this Finish Line store to inquire about a pair of Nike slippers I ordered online, which were to be shipped to the store. A young man by the name Jered helped me on the phone. My package could not be found. This was the third attempt the company has made to ship this item to the store. So Jered asked me for as much information as he could i.e. name, order #, etc. Then he asked me for the tracking # I gave it to him. He was able to track it as delivered to Panorama City CA, and to call UPS and find out how to retrieve the package. At this point he's been on the phone with me for about 20 mins. And as he explained further he realized I had called Panama City FL NOT Panorama City CA. I live in Los Angeles CA! And I thought I'd called Panorama City CA. Lol I was so embarrassed. This young man went to the moon and back to find out where my order was only to find out I called another state to located it. Hahaha! We had a good laugh!! Its employees like Jered that restore my faith in customer service. I know dealing with the public can be a pain. But Jered has it down pat. Great job Jered keep it up!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ended up not having what I wanted but still made it a very pleasant experience. They WILL try to up-sell you some insoles though..

so i walking around the mall and i come across finish line and i was looking for a pair of shoes and only shoes for work and once i walk in i'm greeted and 10 sec. later this guy works up and starts the best pitch i have ever herd and i felt like i was more than at home and sell 's more than just a pair of shoes but every detail about the shoes and what will work for me and more so i walk out the store with 189.00 or so with sandals, socks, and then goes in detail about shoe care products and i get the shoe care kit, by far the best experience i have ever had only if they served condiments and drinks like some high class store in beverly hills ( if they even do that) would i have felt like a king. i for get the guys name but he had a very nice big full bread and bright green shoes. but props to him
and the employee made it seem impossible for us to get a clear answer. He was extremely rude when we were trying to clear things up and i do not recommend going.
The ABSOLUTE WORST Finish Line I have ever dealt with! They never know when shoes will be released, never know how many they will have and never know anything about Jordan sneakers. Jordans are a very big deal in the shoe world. Every other Finish Line (especially in cities) can tell you release dates, colors and how many they will have within 1 min of asking.
