Every other week it is something different wrong with my child. One week she have scratches on her legs, arms and back and they tell me she scratched herself even on her back. Next week she have viral infection and around her mouth and nostrils broke out. Then her skin peeling everywhere. She constantly have viral and bacterial infection. The teacher ask for diapers and wipes every week when a child don't go through a pack a wipes a week. U can take a whole thing of diapers and they still ask for more each week. I take my bby 3 bottles and she come back with 2. They lost 2 different set of her earrings and state they are not reliable for jewelry. In process of trying to find another daycare. When I pick her up and the teacher that change her don't use wipes but they have you bring wipes every week, so you have to tell teacher to use a wipe. How can you not use a wipe after changing a little girl. Smh. Everytime I pick her up she act like she starving. They charge 39 dollars more on top of ELC fees when everywhere else charge no more than 20 dollars. I brought a form in mon to get filled out to transfer and their excuse everyday is she not in to fill out. Takes over a week to get things done but if it was a payment then they'll say you can't bring your child if no payment on wed.

I love this daycare! I never have to worry about the care of child when he is at Pons. They feed them real meals and have them sit down at a table to eat. They teach small motor skills, as well as help with appropriate developmental milestones. I always recommend Pons to mothers I know!

I love this daycare! My toddler went here (now she goes to pons 2) and now my 3 month old goes and the teachers are the best! They are so sweet and loving and the toddlers learn so much and do such creative artwork. They also work very hard with potty training. The infant teachers are amazing they truly care for my son and treat him with love. I love coming to pick my son up and seeing him be cuddled and his big smile! Its so nice to not have to worry about leaving my baby with neglectful uncaring teachers. I've never found a teacher I haven't liked!

This center does NOT support or try to understand MILITARY families. The owner has attitude problems and doesn't care about the children other than the income they yield. The only good things about this center is their set up (building) and some of the teachers. My child was sick for two months either with a cold/ear infection; diaper rash, or stomach virus. They expect you to pay for full time to "save a spot for your child" however, unless you confirm that the child is coming in, there is no spot. They don't just want a doctors note, they want you to tell them even though the director is never in. Again I regret that I came across such a poor soul. If you are a family member whose spouse is deployed and have no one around, don't expect this place to be a good fit for you.
