Made contact with Pete who was to come inspect the roof on my boathouse. First call very pleasant with promise to come next day. 2nd call apologetic for no call and no show, promised to come first of week...nothing. 3rd through 5th contacts..."after the holidays"..nothing. Now he wont even answer...would not bother wasting time with this company especially if their work quality is like their customer service...poor!
After getting my money for the roof it took 2 months for them to come out & do a 2 day job. When putting the nails in the roof, one of the nails got "backed out" which caused a leak & the wood under the overhang started rotting away. It took 6 weeks for them to come out & fix the leak & they said that they would come out the following week & replace the wood since it is under warranty. That was 3 weeks ago after calling every day for 2 weeks without even getting a call back. Awful customer service, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone & would discourage anyone from using them.
Very disappointing! Definitely not a service oriented company. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner and approved a roof repair by phone. The work was to be completed within the next 2 - 3 days. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing done. I have tried multiple times to reach them and can't even get a return phone call.
