I had a great experience, person in there took the time to show me some colors and explained all the paints and stains to me. Store was clean and well organized.
He pulls contractors order copied paint formula. It doesnt match and he wont let me return. Full of BS.
Mixed my paint, said he knew contractor who orders my paint color, who did my neighborhood.
Jack and his crew always take care of all my personal and business paint needs. Great advice that works.
I call them up looking for a certain kind of paint. They do the, "let me check.. NOPE, don't have it" business. Are you sure? What about this one or that one? "Nope, don't have it." Okay thanks. Go to that very store, not only did they have it, they had boxes and boxes of it. What kind of place employs people that actively try to avoid business?? If you guessed Sherwin-Williams, you'd be correct. No thanks! These guys would probably steer you wrong just to get you out the door so they can get back to playing on their phones. I'll order everything I need myself.
I have bought a lot of paint at this store and have been treated friendly and fairly. I like the Sherwin-Williams paint, too.
