I paid the consolation fee of 100$. They asked for 3500$ up front but quickly changed it to 1500$ and said "You're getting a steal at that". My lawyer "Hatcher" was late to every meeting, unresponsive for months and said the F-word twice in a court room. 5500$ and 10 months later of poor guarantees and blatant disregard of a paying client, I asked for a refund and they instead ignored all attempts of communication and closed my case without permitting. These are terrible, disgusting, rotten people. At no point is your interested or legal representation a priority. It's this sort of individuals that makes it impossible to survive, but somehow they have no shame. How could they take care of a customer, if they can't take care of themselves.
