When I went through disability claim, the ladies in the office were very helpful explaining the process and why it takes so long. I rarely had to leave a message for the assistant and when I did - my phone calls were returned within a day. They even gave me numbers and addresses of places I could get extra medical help since I didn't have insurance. The attorney, Mr. Furr was very nice and down to earth, he made me feel easy and not scared of the judge. I would highly recommend this firm for any disability case. They really know their stuff! Female case manager was very rude and unhelpful. I decsribed my conditions, and as to whether I should come speak to a lawyer, and if i had a case. She let me know her rude self would be the only person I would be speaking with, but kept repeating the same phrase instead of listening or answering my question in anyway. WOULD recommend ANY other law office, if you expect to be treated with dignity or respect.
