In MY case , he didn’t fight for my best interest , or my future. He fought for what the state wanted. I sat in jail “fighting” my case for 7 months with NO OFFER. Once an offer was FINALLY given i was told it was best Id get. Mind you , yes I had a pretty serious charge but the obvious was clear to see that being 19 years old at the time I was young and I’ll agree, stupid. But the “best id get” was a fluke.
