I left work to pay insurance and they decided to open up at 11am instead od 9am like advertised. What a waste of my time.
These people cant even return a call. I sure as heck wouldn't rely on them for coverage!
Its 9:28 am and I'm calling my local insurance office and no one answering and all of a sudden the phone goes to a busy....
Tried to return a phone call from a local phone number to a local phone number and got someone out of state who didn't even speak legible English. Pretty upset that I can't reach my local office. Had to listen to a recording and press several different numbers before I even got to that person.
This is the worst insurance company my insurance was cancelled and I never received any kind of notice one person claims they sent me a letter and then a another rep said they tried calling me and never sent a letter and then another rep said they never called me either. What kind of business doesn't contact there customers???? They are lucky I had to give them a star because they don't deserve 1
