Pros- very relaxing setting and friendly staff.
As with others comments there are long wait times that is eating into your service time that is not actually an hour massage etc.
Received a couples foot soak, facial and massage. Loved the atmosphere and quality of service. Will be rebooking.
My wife just got surgery a few weeks ago and after calling a few places locally that some don't even know what lymphatic drainage massage, I was I was lucky that I found this place. The front desk lady took time to answer me all my questions and schedule my wife's therapy. After the first session wife came about smiling like I haven't seen in a while. Melissa is wonderful therapist and very patient specially with my wife that is not fluent in English. As soon as you open the door you feel peace and relaxation immediately. Thanks for your services! We will be coming back regularly!

No overpowering product scents and very earthy setting.
And automatic 20% gratuity on your special or package. If I tip 20% it's because you have went above n beyond and it was spectacular. Client should not be forced to give a specific amount but what they feel is appropriate for a tip. Or not even as they are not obligated to tip they are paying already for a service. I found that extremely rude.
My mom and I just had a couples massage and it was very relaxing. (Mom even fell asleep it was so relaxing) We had Christina and Lauren they were both wonderful and very professional. When I called the lady that scheduled my appointment was very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and quiet If we are ever in Panama City again visiting we would go back. Thanks for such a great experience.

Cons- massage was more like a back wash and rub not a massage. Kept waiting for it to begin.
